Show Notes

Season 6 of The Positive Professional Podcast is officially wrapped—and this final episode is a reflection, a thank you, and a truth-telling moment.

This podcast began during the pandemic as a way to offer grounding, support, and mental health tools in a time of uncertainty. Six years later, I’m still here—because of you.

In this episode, I share how I had to fight through imposter syndrome, quiet the voice that told me I wasn’t “qualified enough,” and finally say:
Yes—I can be a podcaster too.

Season 6 was about slowing down, regulating the nervous system, setting boundaries, releasing perfectionism, and choosing healing over hustle. It was deep. It was honest. And it was necessary.

As we prepare for Season 7, the number 7 represents completion, reflection, and renewal—making this transition especially meaningful.

Season 7 launches January 16, 2026.
New conversations. Deeper embodiment. Continued growth.

Thank you for listening, sharing, and growing with me for the past six years. Your support means everything.
