Show Notes

In this episode, we’re exploring the 12 Shadow Archetypes that show up when we’re stressed, triggered, overwhelmed, or emotionally unsafe — including:

The Victim (“nothing ever works out for me”)
The Martyr (self-sacrifice + resentment)
The Controller (micromanaging to feel safe)
The Pleaser (people-pleasing to avoid conflict)
The Perfectionist (worth tied to performance)
The Inner Critic (self-attack as protection)
The Saboteur (fear of success + vulnerability)
The Avoider (numbing + procrastination)
The Narcissist/Ego (superiority as defense)
The Judge (criticism to feel safe)
The Rebel (resisting even what can help)
The Rescuer (fixing others to avoid self)

And here’s the most important truth:

Your shadow is not your enemy.
Your shadow is a wounded part of you asking for healing.

Season 7 is about:
Completion — ending cycles that cost you peace
Reflection — telling the truth without shame
Renewal — choosing new responses that honor your growth
